IT Analyst Team Leader

Job Summary
The Onsite Americas Team Leader, is our Lead IT Analyst who will lead and coordinate the Onsite deliveries toward the Central Distribution Center (CDC) for Service Management Logistics (SML) located in Byhalia, MS. The team leader will represent Onsite at the CDC and guide the local technicians in day-to-day tasks and priorities.
The IOS Onsite Team Leader role is the local representation of IT Services for a specific business production facility. In this role it is critical to work together with regional and global colleagues to deliver new and upgraded infrastructure for business solutions and the end-user IT environment. This includes, but is not limited to Windows enterprise client solutions for office and factory, personal mobility, and specialized factory devices such as bar code scanners, forklift mounted hardware, and specialized printing technology. These technologies are highly standardized in Volvo ITS business practice and much of the work is conducted according to standard processes and methodologies. The team leader will coordinate these Onsite deliveries with solution deliveries and the corresponding SDU PRD delivery managers and service runtime managers, and assist the Onsite line manager in reporting and following up on run-time quality issues
Core Responsibilities
+ Overall responsibility to plan and execute actions related to site quality and continuous improvement (delegated from Onsite manager)
+ Responsible for supervising and leading others
+ Works in conjunction with various units to plan and carry out deliveries for the Byhalia site
+ Works in conjunction with local SML business to prioritize operational issues including escalations
+ Participation in business quality meetings (QRQC) representing IT with holistic view and practical approach to solving problems
+ Participates in business development by carrying out work within an established area / niche
+ Responsible for the team's deliveries as per agreements / directives
+ Makes decisions on matters relating to the execution and prioritization of tasks
+ Reports to and provides information to the line manager regarding activities and plans
+ Responsible for and co-ordinates the team's activities in respect of other teams and groups
+ Creates a strong and coordinative working relation with the Solution Unit support team
+ Plans, informs, co-ordinates, distributes, implements and monitors the team's activities
+ Creates efficient work distribution
+ Responsible for disseminating information within the team
+ Delegated responsibilities from line manager TBD as well as from functional areas such as network, .NET, or client management
+ Will take a leadership role for QRIT in SMLNorth America and share QRIT responsibilities overall in the central and regional network of logistic warehouses
+ Team Leader is an operational role and does not have line management responsibilities
Required Competencies
+ Demonstrated Leadership experience

+ Ability to work with various levels of management within both the business and IT Services
+ Knowledge of the Service Management Logistics (or similar business) processes and application portfolio
+ Knowledge of industrial wireless networking and RF scanner equipment
+ Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
+ Effective verbal, written communication skills and relationship building skills
+ General knowledge of blank
+ Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
+ Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork

Education Required
+ Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
Experience Required
+ Ideally 4-7 years of related work experience
+ Extensive knowledge of industry software, report writing software, relational databases, data extraction tools, data transfer tools, data mapping tools, project management methodologies, and word processing and spreadsheet software
+ Able to communicate effectively with IT staff, internal customers, and external business partners
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team
+ Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
+ Possess significant initiative and organizational skills
+ Exhibit enthusiasm and commitment to assignments
+ Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
+ Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple clients, and provide consultative skills throughout the process
+ Ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
