The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
This position is responsible for providing excellent service to our customers from the time that they wish to order until the time they receive their shipment.
The CSR will be responsible for interacting with customers (telephone & email), entering orders, and answering questions.
In addition, this role will also support management in performing other administrative tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls & assist callers with questions related to the products & services that we offer.
Manage customer emails including sales requests, order inquiries, and other customer needs Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
Resolve customer concerns as they arise Identify opportunities to further improve customer service Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Ability to confidently communicate with customers via telephone & email with positivity and professionalism.
Ability to quickly learn about our products and services Ability to use a computer & learn new programs Positive attitude & willingness to work on a team Excellent communicator, with strong listening skills Ability to handle customer concerns in a professional manner Organizational skills 1
years of professional work experience interacting with customers Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) 2
