Essential Duties/Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and discipline direct reports Ensure efficiency within department Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, i.

, USPS, OSHA Maintain quality instructions in our document control system Establish and improve upon workflows to ensure capacity exceeds demand Work with Distribution Manager to develop department budgets and forecasts Produce productivity reports and department KPIs Crosstrain and provide backup support to other warehouse departments Maintain effective vendor relationships and negotiations Complete other duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience HS diploma/GED required 5 years minimum experience warehouse operations 3 years of supervisory experience Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Familiarity with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting Must be able to manage multiple projects Must be detail and customer oriented Must have good communication and problem solving skills Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment This position has a salary range of:
